How quickly can I get a quote?
Usually within one business day. Tell us your facility type, approximate square footage, desired frequency, and any special requirements.
What does routine cleaning include?
Trash and recycling, clear surfaces and touchpoints, restrooms, kitchens and break rooms, vacuuming, and common areas. We agree on the scope for your facility before service begins.
Can you clean in the evening or on weekends?
Yes. Service is by appointment, including evenings, overnight visits, and weekends, around your facility’s operating hours.
Do you take one-time cleaning jobs?
Yes. Move-out cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and other one-time requests can be quoted separately. Contact us to discuss the scope.
Who will I contact about my account?
You have a direct point of contact. We keep our client list small so your account gets direct attention.
Where do you provide service?
We serve commercial facilities across the greater Seattle metro area in Washington. Send your facility location so we can confirm availability.
How does billing work?
Your quote sets out the cleaning scope and frequency. Any additional cleaning work is discussed and agreed separately.
